Rolan Marco Garcia
Rolan Marco Garcia serves as Managing Director for FoundersLab. He is also the Founder & CEO of Haciendero, an agriculture financial technology platform that modernizes livestock investments in the Philippines.
He leads the march towards inspiring entrepreneurship in developing countries, defying conventional notions about employment, enabling future entrepreneurs to take on entrepreneurial ventures, and creating platforms for business.
He is a sought after keynote speaker on Entrepreneurship, Public Speaking and Thought Leadership. He has shared his insights to audiences from Japan, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Singapore, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Philippines.
Rolan is an engineer by profession and has also built a successful sales organization under an international brand in recent years. Before becoming an entrepreneur, he did outsourced consulting projects for the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the World Bank.
Cindy Rose Burdette
Cindy serves as FoundersLab’s Co-founder & Executive Director.
She is the CEO and Co-founder for Singaporean insurtech startup called ALLCARE – one of Plug And Play APAC’s featured startups, recent awardee of IDC’s Disruptor of the Year and a recent graduate of Founder University in Silicon Valley, USA.
Prior to ALLCARE, Cindy was one of the key executives that led STORM, one of the fastest growing startups in the country, to achieving $2M+ ARR and growing. Last May 2018, Cindy represented the country in the Startup World Cup in San Francisco.
